A RESOURCE FOR FELLOW CHANGE-MAKERS.
Noel Schroeder is an activist, educator, and organizer in Washington, D.C. with more than a decade of leadership in the non-profit world. They specialize in strategic coaching, training, and systems design for organizations working towards justice and equity by bringing lessons from anti-oppression community organizing into the workplace.

SERVICES
Teams with strong anti-oppressive values can still unintentionally recreate systems of oppression within their workplace. They can break this cycle by addressing challenges like ineffective process design, burnout, turnover, low engagement, and strategic misalignment as effects of these systems.
Noel works with mission-driven organizations to develop creative, effective ways to address these sticky challenges and strengthen inclusive, people-centered practices and processes.
